Stillness is Light.πŸŒ„πŸ™πŸ˜‡

 When stillness is light;

You will begin to eliminate distractions;

Come into the essence of His presence.

Up oh self, and take hold of His garments;

By faith in the Blessed One.

Hold on for dear life.

Close your eyes, open the spiritual ones.

Be prostrate, be still.

Welcome His Spirit to sit within.

When stillness is light;

Your ears now tuned;

To receive sound waves of wisdom and truth.

Your desires are single to His,

And your nothingness understood.

At last!

Your lips move messengers from the throne room- rescue is on the way.

Should your stillness become as ripples,

Remember now your Creator-

Remember the work being done.

For your soul He pleas in the Holiest of Holies.

  2. Hey, it’s MJ. You know who :) nice poem. The beginning part reminded me a lot of how I used to walk the streets early in the morning to talk to God as a teen. Especially the part about “ stillness” because that’s where I felt most connected to him.
